Revised General Permit for Oil and Gas Facilities (GP-OGF) for Review

AQD is providing the revised General Permit for Oil and Gas Facilities for Public review. Public Review commenced on September 30, 2026, and will conclude on November 26, 2026. 2022 GP-OGF Version 3 addresses alternate emission calculation methods for compliance and NSPS OOOOb changes. The draft permit may be found on the Permits for Public Participation Portal under Oil and Gas Facility GP: Permits for Public Review.

New Version of Nonmetallic Minerals Processing Facilities General Permit (GP-NMPF)

AQD issued a new version of the Nonmetallic Minerals Processing Facilities General Permit (GP-NMPF) on October 2, 2026. This new GP-NMPF has been updated to meet current EPA criteria for enforceability. Additional Information is below under Nonmetallic Mineral Processing.
