     Publications is responsible for the maintenance and coordination of the distribution of printed material necessary to the daily operation of the Agency. • 1  Publications is responsible for providing the Oklahoma Department of Libraries, Publications Clearinghouse, copies of all publications as required by law.

INSTRUCTIONS TO STAFF DHS:2-21-155

1. (a) The Policy Management and Analysis Unit (PMA) maintains the official file of DHS forms and appendices. A request to issue new forms or revise existing forms is submitted to PMA on Form ADM-83, Editorial, Graphics, Forms and Photo/Video Production Form.

• (b) If the number of employees change, an office may change number of :

  • (1) policy transmittals, state office and administrative memos received by notifying PMA.

  • (2) DHS publications received by notifying Publications.

  • (3) division publications received by notifying the issuing division.

  • (4) DHS Annual Reports received by notifying the Research and Planning Unit of the Office of Finance.
