The health benefits provided by the Medicare supplement and Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug plans described in this guide are designed to provide Medicare-covered benefits according to Part A and Part B guidelines.

Medicare Supplement Plans

Plans for Medicare eligible former employees and dependents.

HealthChoice is proud to offer the HealthChoice SilverScript Medicare Supplement High Option and Low Option plans for our former and retired members. Both supplement plans provide the same medical benefits, allowing you to see any doctor throughout the U.S. that participates with Medicare. Medicare will continue to be your primary insurance. 

HealthChoice will pay your Part A hospitalization deductible and you will be responsible for the Part B deductible. After the Part B deductible has been met, HealthChoice pays 20% of Medicare approved amounts. Both plans include Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage, keeping all coverage in one place for members. The prescription drug benefit differs between the two plans.
