It is the responsibility of each Contractor to review your general liability insurance expiration date and timely renew it to prevent your insurance from lapsing. The CIB must be listed as a certificate holder and receive notice of insurance coverage and cancellation for any reason. Failure to keep current insurance will cause your license to become inactive. It is a violation
to contract for services without current insurance and an active license. Whenever you obtain a new insurance policy or renew an existing policy, you must update your insurance information with our office by submitting your name, license number, and proof of insurance verification by email to InsuranceStaff@cib.ok.gov, mail, fax, or by using our contact form.
