NOTICE:  IDAP Application submissions will be unavailable beginning 12 p.m. February 11th 2026 thru the 16th due to Service Oklahoma's transition to the new driver license management system.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

Program Application

WHY DO I NEED TO APPLY?

  1. We need to create some important documentation and verify you are eligible to participate.  We don't have access to driving records or driver license status.  If a prior suspension exists with Service Oklahoma and is unresolved, you will not be eligible for IDAP until you have resolved it with Service Oklahoma.
  2. If your arrest occurred before November 1, 2022, then you are not eligible for IDAP.
  3. By checking these criteria, we prevent the risk of you paying unneeded fees for an interlock device and the fees associated with enrolling into the program.

2. Attach the required documentation utilizing the upload documents option in the form below prior to selecting the "Submit" button.

3. If you have not been contacted by the Board, or received further written instructions within ten (10)  days after submission, please call the Board at 405-425-2460 to check the status of your request.
