Dear Supported Living Provider,
Developmental Disabilities Services received approval for rate increases made possible by SB1055.These increases will be updated by contract modification with an August 1, 2019 effective date. Those rates are listed below.
Supported Living Contracts

| One Roommate | 9.50 |
New authorizations reflecting the increased rate will be created effective 8/1/19.
