Administrative Letter 23-06

Dear DDS Providers,

We wanted to let you know what the Transportation Rate (S0215) increased to $0.67 per unit. The rate change went into effect Jan. 1, 2024.

If you submit any transportation claims, please ensure that you manually change the effective rate to 0.67 to be reimbursed at the new rate. If you do not change the rate, it will default to the old rate. 

Any questions about units need to go to the assigned Case Manager. Any problems with claims need to go to the Oklahoma Health Care Authority.
