Employers can report new hires using the OESC New Hire Reporting website, and report terminations via e-mail.

If you would like to sign up to receive income withholding orders electronically, please eIWOmail@acf.hhs.gov  from the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement.

SMART e-Pay is a free service and can be used to easily send a one-time payment, or recurring scheduled payments. Employers can easily manage several employees' withholdings using the flexible payment scheduler. SMART e-Pay can process direct debits from a registered bank account, or accept Visa and MasterCard payments.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) from your bank to Child Support Services is available if your accounting system has the capability to send electronic payments to Child Support. Please consult the EFT Packet which includes details and instructions for establishing EFT between your accounting system and Child Support Services.
