Child Care Services relies on early childhood research when making decisions about policy, practices and procedures. All of the Reaching for the Stars criteria is based on research that demonstrates quality child care practices. Three CCS partners, Oklahoma Child Care Resource & Referral Association , Smart Start Oklahoma and the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, maintain a wealth of early childhood data.
