OKDHS:2-17-60. Purpose

(a) The State of Oklahoma Certified Public Manager (CPM) Program is a comprehensive management training program to identify and develop state employees who have potential administrative and managerial skills.  See Oklahoma Merit Rules for Employment OAC 530:10-17-110.

(b) Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS) CPM Program graduates are utilized in a variety of roles to assist individually or in teams in:

  • (1) the development and administration of programs;
  • (2) the successful resolution of program issues, problems, or concerns; and
  • (3) administrative capacities to continuously meet the mission and goals of OKDHS.
