State-wide Support Groups

MHAOK - Online support groups for those struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, loss of a loved one from suicide or a violent act, parents of a child with a mental health disorder.

MHAOK - Online support groups for stress management related to COVID impact for first responders, frontline workers, general population including parents, those with a history of trauma, and those with chronic illness.

MHAOK - Online suicide prevention trainings using the QPR™ Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper Training.

MHAOK - Student mental health screenings and referral for services.

MHAOK - Homeless Outreach is available for people who are living unsheltered. The outreach team connects people to resources and housing in the community. A referral can be sent online. Our Street Outreach & Rapid Response team in Oklahoma City, in collaboration with coordinated outreach efforts by Homeless Alliance, is providing food and outreach services daily. Anyone can make a referral by calling 405-252-0218.

MHAOK - Justice and Mental Health Training Center for professionals that work with/in the criminal justice system who would like to learn more about the virtual training opportunities available to them.

MHAOK - Supportive Housing Programs continue to operate as we modify our services delivery. Our teams of Service Coordinators are checking in with our current clients by phone to provide supportive services and assess needs. Food and medication deliveries are conveyed while employing precautions of physical distancing and personal protective equipment. Referrals continue to be processed, and new clients continue to move into our scattered site locations.

MHAOK - Intensive Outreach and Navigation in Oklahoma City, provides supportive housing and case management services to individuals referred by Oklahoma County Crisis Intervention Center, Oklahoma Crisis Recovery Unit, and Griffin Memorial Hospital. Referrals are being processed and new clients are moving in, upon discharge and acceptance into this program.
