Oklahoma State Immunization Information System (OSIIS)

The Oklahoma State Immunization Information System (OSIIS) began operations in 1994. It is a statewide immunization registry operated by the Oklahoma State Department of Health. This system is designed to collect and maintain accurate, complete, and current immunization records for Oklahomans of all ages. However, not all clinics participate in OSIIS, therefore OSIIS does not contain the immunization records of all Oklahomans. Visit the OSIIS webpage at https://osiis.health.ok.gov/osiis/Login.aspx.

The Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) Immunization Department offers the transmission of immunization data from outside electronic health records, better known as EHRs, into our registry system. If your facility is interested in onboarding please email OSIISHL7@health.ok.gov. 

Oklahoma adheres to the HL7 Version 2.5.1 Implementation Guide. Providers/vendors should become familiar with that guide.
