Group Facilitation

The OPE team has skill sets in a variety of planning approaches, including the ToP Facilitation Methods.  Whether an individual has ever facilitated a group of has considerable experience, the ToP Facilitation Methods offers new and useful approaches to fast-track synthesizing large amounts of information and focusing a group for consensus.

OPE can adapt the ToP Facilitation Methods to benefit anyone who leads meetings, works with different groups; and seeks better outcomes, including but not limited to, community workers, project or team leaders, board members, managers, citizen groups, educators, health practitioners, etc.
