The Commission recognizes that while electronic filing for Local Campaign/Committee reports isn't available yet in the Guardian System,  transparency can't wait for Local Campaigns — Oklahoma voters should know who's funding committee/ campaigns. The Commission has identified a simple interim reporting tool that allows local campaigns/committees to upload Campaign Finance Reports and Forms until the Political Subdivisions are integrated into the legacy Guardian.
